Picnic by the water is only responsible for the picnic set up.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

Our company solely focuses on creating a luxury picnic experience for you, based on the package you choose. Which includes start to end set up.


Each picnic is unique, that is why we offer add on options, which range from food and beverages to fresh flowers and umbrella rentals. Feel free to bring anything else you want to enhance your picnic experience. Picnic by the water is only response for the picnic set up. 

WHAT CAN I BRING?

Feel free to bring your own food, games, and anything else that will make your picnic experience great! However, we are here to help coordinate, so don't hesitate to ask!

WHAT ARE YOUR LOCATIONS?

We specialize in water views, specifically in Indialantic, FL. Your beach or river location will be provided 30 minutes before your scheduled picnic. Locations are typically in Indialantic/Melbourne beach.

DO YOU STAY DURING THE PICNIC?

No, we leave so that you can enjoy your picnic for the reserved time.


We look forward to creating an unforgettable experience for you. When you arrive, everything will be set up for you. At the end of your experience, we will come back to clean up! Show up and start creating unforgettable memories!

CAN PICNIC BY THE WATER ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL REQUESTS?

Yes! We would love to. Creating an unforgettable experience is our goal. If you have special requests or accommodations, let us know! We are happy to help.

HOW DO I BOOK?

The more notice, the better! Give us a call/text to book: 909-992-2452. Or fill out the form on the contact us page. We will then contact you to confirm your picnic.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your luxury picnic. We accept Paypal and Zelle. 

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

WHAT IF I WANT TO STAY LONGER PASS MY SCHEDULED TIME?

If your extended time is available, it will be an additional $100 per hour.  Payment will be collected at point in time electronically.

WHAT IF I WANT TO LEAVE MY PICNIC EARLY?

If you need to leave earlier than the duration of your booking, we require 30 minutes notice. No refunds for early leaving will be offered. Please do not leave items unattended, as you are responsible for the items during your reserved time/ until we return.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY BOOKING IF IT RAINS?

If the weather is bad the morning of your picnic, you have the ability to reschedule your picnic to a later date. You must notify us 3 hours before your reservation time.

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

We understand that things come up and plans sometimes change. Any cancellation before 5 days results in a loss of the 50% value of your picnic.

If you cancel with no notification/ reschedule 48 hours prior to your picnic, no refund will be provided.

​

Event reschedules (including rain) must be made within 3 months of original event date.
